CONSULTATIONS – A simple consultation request form is completed on this site. A follow-up phone conversation determines proceeding to a scheduled Zoom consultation meeting.

Client-Centered consultations focus on the client’s presenting concern. Problem-solving skill-based interventions will emphasize client strengths and reduce self-doubt. Concerns requiring further intervention are identified and applicable professional services are explored.

Practitioner Centered consultation is requested by mental health professionals. Collaborative consultation focus is on effective intervention strategy addressing specific case challenges or complications arising from therapist countertransference. Causes of downward spirals and breaches in the therapeutic alliance are identified and corrective treatment stances are tailored to repair the therapeutic alliance.

Evidenced-Based requests for consultation from attorneys for confidential evaluation or Court requests for forensic or evidentiary examination are vetted by phone review for the scope of practice, the volume of work, and calendar concerns before scheduling consultations. My expertise is; child abuse and custody, custody mediation, adoption or guardianship assessment, home studies, mental health fitness, domestic violence, and substance abuse.  A retainer will be determined and required, service and court appearance rates are $130.00 per hour. Members receive a 20% discount.
